Our Staff

Dianne is a registered, licensed doctor of physical therapy, specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and neurological injuries and disabilities in both adult and pediatric patients. She has been practicing for nearly 26 years and received her undergraduate education at New Jersey's UMDNJ/Kean University Joint Program for Physical Therapy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica. In addition, she has an advanced certification from the McKenzie Institute for mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine. Dianne was trained in Lymphatic Studies in Sebastian, Florida. She is licensed in New Jersey, New York and Florida. She is the founder of our practice and serves as the director of physical therapy. She is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish.


Jim Arocha
Physical Therapist

Jim Arocha is a registered physical therapist specializing in manual therapy and treatment of orthopedic injuries. Jim is experienced in treatment of orthopedic, neurological geriatrics and industrial rehab. Jim has 22 years of experience as a therapist and 5 years as a previous physical therapist assistant. He received his education from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. There he attained his Bachelors in Science and Master's in Science in Physical Therapy in 1994. He is also a certified manual therapist through the University of St. Augustine. Jim is also fluent in Spanish.


Susan Jennings Wood

Physical Therapist Assistant

Susan Jennings Wood is a registered, licensed physical therapist assistant. Susan has more than 17 years’ experience as an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She graduated from Centennial College, in Toronto, Canada in 1990. She received her physical therapist assistant degree from Broward College, in Fort Lauderdale, in 2011. She is conversational French. Susan resides in Naples, Florida with her husband and two daughters.


Marlene Dean
Physical Therapist Assistant

Marlene is a registered Physical Therapist Assistant who brings 16 years of experience as a licensed clinician. She graduated with honors from Elgin Community College in Elgin, Illinois. Receiving her Associates as well as her AA. Marlene has worked in a variety of clinical settings as a Clinical Director of Rehabilitation and PTA. She enjoys cycling, kayaking
and long walks at sunset. Marlene also enjoys competitive estate sales.

Maryrose Riego de Dios-Gulapa is a registered, licensed physical therapist with more than 18 years of experience. She received her degree in physical therapy from Davao Doctors College, in Philippines, in 1998. Maryrose has extensive training in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Maryrose continued her education through the McKenzie Institute and is trained in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine. She has completed training for treatment of vestibular disorders and is also trained in lymphedema physical therapy by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, in Sebastian, Florida. Maryrose is fluent in English and Filipino and is licensed in the state of Florida and the Philippines. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the College of St. Scholastica. She lives in Naples with her husband and two children.


Jose Saltarin is a registered, licensed physical therapist with nearly 18 years experience. He graduated from De La Salle University, in the Philippines, with a degree in physical therapy, in 1998. Jose is licensed in the Philippines and the state of Florida. He has extensive experience in treating patients with neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy and personal training. He resides with his family in Naples, Florida.


Ann Thorton
Physical Therapist Assistant

Ann Thorton is a registered Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (RPTA), she brings more than 35 years of clinical experience to our practice. Annie graduated from MDCC, Medical Center Campus in Miami FL, receiving her RPTA Associate in Science (AS), as well as her Associate in Arts (AA). Annie brings her extensive experience in treatment of Pain Management, Orthopedics and Geriatric Rehabilitation. Annie is Fluent in Spanish. She lives in Naples with her family.


Kristina Dawson
Physical Therapist Assistant

Kristina received her Bachelor of Science Degree from
Michigan Technological University and her Associates
degree from Mott College. She was a personal trainer
that specialized in post therapy fitness training before
pursuing her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
In April 2015, she moved from Fenton, MI to Naples to
pursue her career as a PTA. Kristina is an avid cyclist and is passionate about helping people return to their activities.

Gavin Hamer
Doctor of Physical Therapy
FAAOMPT, Dip. MT

Graduated from Otago School of Physiotherapathy in Dunedin, New Zealand. He was awarded the Diploma of Manipulative Therapy and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center. Gavin's experience comes from over 30 years as a clinician in both New Zealand and Canada working in private practice in addition to directing outpatient orthopedic clinics in the United States. This has given him extensive experience with many different patient populations. Gavin's approaches range from McKenzie rationale to muscle energy and mobilization. He has written two books on manual therapy. Gavin has
taught over 300 manual therapy courses since 1995 and continues to teach while remaining a clinical practitioner.


Saralane Harrer
Occupational Therapist
Certified Hand Therapist

Saralane Harrer is a registered, licensed occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in upper extremity care, including orthopedic and cumulative disorders, hand, wrist and shoulder injuries, as well as splinting, burns, post fracture care, and sprains/strains. Saralane received her Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, in Philadelphia, in 1991 and received her master’s degree from Keiser University (formerly Tampa College), in 1994. She has worked in various patient settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Saralane has resides in Naples and has one son who is currently serving in the United States Army.


Carla Miranda
Physical Therapist Assistant

Carla is a registered, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from the Praxis Institute at Miami in 2014. She is passionate and committed to helping others by applying her acquired knowledge about the human anatomy and physiology. She enjoys adult orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation as
well with the pediatric population. Carla has  completed (CU) continuing education courses on Torticollis and Plagiocephaly Assessment and Treatment. She has continued her education in
manual therapy for the adult orthopedic population.
Carla is fluent in Spanish and English.


Gabrielle Arrigo
Doctor of Physical Therapy


Gabrielle is a registered, licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, with clinical experience in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, manual therapy, and pediatric rehabilitation. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the State University
of New York at Fredonia. She continued to follow her passion for Physical Therapy and patient care by continuing onto graduate school at D'Youville College of Buffalo, New York, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.


Judith Poland
Pediatric Specialist, Speech Therapist

Judith Poland is a certified, licensed speech therapist with more than 30 years experience specializing in oral motor treatment and disorders, sign language, early education and autism spectrum disorders. She received her bachelor’s degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and her master's degree from Cleveland State University, in Cleveland, Ohio. Judith has served as director of a therapeutic school, as well as in various hospital settings. She has lived in Naples, Florida for 14 years.


Krista Igneri
Physical Therapist Assistant

Krista graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Psychology and an Associates in Physical Science from Broward College. She has been in the field for 5 years and has worked with a unit of Holy Cross Hospital to assisting in the grand opening of two orthopedic clinics here in South Florida. She enjoys fishing, the NY Jets and being with her family and friends.
